We are starting a movement to increase our daily guild xp by inviting more people to the guild, weekly guild challenges, and questing.
Who are we inviting? EVERYONE! 1-85.
How can everyone help? Download Guild Recruiter from curse, do /who "Enter zone here" with out the quotes and use the addon to invite everyone from each zone to the guild.
How is this suppose to give us guild xp? The key here is numbers. The more people we have in the guild leveling, pvping, dungeons, raids, etc the more xp/day we can receive.
So what is our goal as a guild? We want to have 500+ members in the guild total. That should give us around 25-100 semi-active players putting loads guild xp toward our perks and possibly cap daily.
Does it take a long time to invite everyone from every zone? I have found that as you go threw the list, it may take one approximately 15-20 min at the most. You will also find that many areas have fewer people and can be easily skipped.
How many times a day should I invite people? As we know, spam sucks and it makes people mad. As far as i know, no one has been banned or anything for inviting lots of people to a guild. Rule of thumb, only do one round of invites once per day. This should reduce any spam hate towards the guild. Also be polite, make sure to add people to your DNI list (Do not invite). In the event of haters, thank them for their time, and put them on ignore if they become belligerent.
When are the best times and days to do inviting? Mon-Fri 5pm-10pm and Sat-Sun 10am-midnight. More people are on during the weekends.
What do we get out of this? More perks such as leveling cloak and helm, mass summon, mass resurrection. Also makes it easier for raid leaders and GM's to find and recruit better players. We lose a lot of players to lvl 25 guilds.
Are there a lot of repeat zones in this list? Yes. Some zones may get repeated with like names. For example if you type in /who Gilneas in world of warcraft it will bring up everything from Gilneas City, Ruins of Gilneas, and Battle for Gilneas, and so on. In this case you can get many zones with one search. This works for Gilneas, Plaugelands, Stranglethorn, Hillsbrad Foothills, etc.
What should my recruitment invite message say?
<Empyrean> Lvl25 LFM Leveling, Raiding, or RBG's. All levels are welcome, free guild repairs, guild vent. Friendly environment. Raid flasks and feasts. PST for an invite!
